Vital Roots Health is a natural wellness store based in Nairobi, Kenya, specialising in authentic vitamins, minerals, health supplements, ayurvedic remedies, herbal products, beauty products, essential oils, natural juices, herbs, seeds, nuts and other superfoods.
2. ORDERING
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp (0725 766 333), or by calling us directly
All orders are subject to availability
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
Orders already confirmed will be honoured at the agreed price
3. PAYMENT
We accept: M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (select areas). Payment must be received before orders are dispatched, except for cash on delivery orders.
4. DELIVERY
Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders before 2PM, next-day after 2PM
Upcountry: 2–4 business days
Free delivery on orders above KES 2,000 within Nairobi
Delivery charges: KES 150–300 depending on location
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
Opened, used or perishable items cannot be returned
Contact us via WhatsApp (0725 766 333) to initiate a return
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
