What time do you deliver in Nairobi?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 7PM. Orders placed before 2PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
How will I know when my order is on the way?
We'll message you on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched and give you an estimated arrival time.
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Our delivery team will call you before arriving. We can also leave with a neighbour or reschedule at no extra charge.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We deliver on Saturdays. Sunday deliveries are available for WhatsApp orders only — contact us to arrange.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Take a photo immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours. No hassle.
